Catching a bus
School Student Transport Scheme
Children living outside a radius of 1.6km from the school are entitled to free bus travel. If students are eligible for free bus travel, parents can complete a bus application online. Children from Kindergarten to Year 2 are entitled to free travel regardless of the distance.
Children living more than 1.6km from the nearest bus stop are eligible for Private Vehicle Conveyance from their home to the bus pick-up point. Application forms are available online. All complaints should be made in writing to the relevant bus company.
It is important for the safety of all passengers that children behave responsibly on the buses. Parents are requested to regularly instruct their children on bus safety and responsible behaviour.
All students travelling by bus must have a current bus application or the equivalent bus fare.

Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.
When driving and parking near our school, please:
- ensure you park safely in school zones
- follow speed signs
- do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
